I was wondering if you could elucidate the fine line between healthy sweating while exercising, and hyperhydrosis. When I exercise, I sweat profusely, to the point that’s what I’m known for when working. I originally thought I had some sort of condition, but then I read that it is healthier to sweat more than less when exercising (in general). So, how can you tell between healthy and unhealthy sweating?
Thanks for providing this service to speak with, and ask questions of, the experts.
Reminds me of the steam rooms of Russia and Ukraine, where they supposedly sweat profusely and the beat the sweat-victim with something to clean their pores. Doesn’t sound very fun to me :$
